The first Artistic Committee Meeting was held at Hurstville Library’s meeting room on September 2, 2018 (Sunday10:30 to 11:30pm). Eleven main performing team leaders were present at the meeting to discuss the “1st Glorious Sunset” event, with issues such as event preparation progress, the rehearsals on September 23 at Ryde Civic Hall, event arrangements, and settings on the event day. Moon Xu, Dan Liu, Ping Jiang, Min Zhu, Qin Wang, Yan Qing, May Chen, Guorong Chen, Yi Hong Lu, Ai Min Fu and Pei Hua were present at the meeting.
